Close except for Function

I was most hopeful, this is almost exactly what I am looking for.
The color is great, the fabric is sturdy yet flexible, design and pockets are all that will work very well, un insulated. It fills the gap to be a good step above a work jacket.
The flaw is in the function, it does not allow freedom of movement.
It is restrictive in range of motion at the shoulders and arms.
When you actually try to reach out or up it binds and rides up at the shoulders.
Disappointing that this most important feature of being fully functional is MIA missing literally in action.
If you get this re-engineered to function, then I am ready to purchase.

Great fit, comfortable and high quality!
Very nice jacket with a few misses

Sleeves on XL are 22” too long. Had to spend $50 getting them shortened at the shoulder.
C2C says machine washable but that is highly dubious as detergent destroys wax. Nor does vendor offer any care details about rewaxing.
Lastly, why design a rain proof jacket without flaps on pockets
